Naomi Stewart Day grew up in Metro Atlanta, Powder Springs, Georgia. Where she began her real estate career with the family realtor brokerage, Stewart Brokers from 2004-2010. During that time, she developed the brokerage into an REO/Corporate and commercial focused brokerage and had the company certified as a Woman Owned Business allowing the company to achieve several government contracts from HUD, Fannie Mae, VA, and corporate sellers. After attending her Masters at Kennesaw State University and law school at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta; Naomi began her legal career at the Housing and Urban Development law firm where she often closed up to one hundred properties in a day during the 2010 recession. Over the next several years; Naomi worked for investment and purchaser focused law practices in real Estate throughout Metro Atlanta. In 2016, Naomi opened her own law practice focusing on Real Estate litigation and business law practice. In 2021, Naomi joined Hartley, Rowe, and Fowler as an associate in the Atlanta office. Naomi is an expert in real estate civil litigation and closing practices.
In her available time, Naomi volunteers often for Atlanta Legal Aide and Atlanta Volunteer Legal Fund for eviction defendants, Will and Estate planning for the elderly and indigent of Metro Atlanta.
Naomi has served as a State of Georgia certified Mediator and Georgia licensed real estate agent.
